6. One low annual fee is all you pay. There are no hidden extras. The low costs that are quoted represent the TOTAL annual fees you pay. Nothing more is due to CornwallBookNow for the services provided.
7. Credit card processing is credited to you. If you use our convenient credit card functionality, we hand the credit card handling details over to the facility of your choice - PayPal, Sage Pay, Google Checkout or WorldPay. We do NOT collect customer credit card details, nor do we collect any fees in the handling of the credit card processing. The money goes directly to your account.
   Don't have a credit card verifier already? We recommend PayPal, or Google Checkout.
   
8. You can have one, ten or a hundred rooms/facilities/activities/... You are still only charged one low annual fee (based on your business size - see Pricing).
9. Set up optional extras that can be free (e.g. child's cot) or chargeable.
10. You are in control. The information displayed is controlled by you. We have an on-line administration facility that makes it easy for you to setup and amend the information displayed to the users. You don't have to pay extra to make the changes you need.
11. You can always view your bookings online. All it takes is an internet connection and you can view and amend your bookings and availability. You can also upload bookings you make "offline", keeping all your bookings together in one convenient place.
12. You control pricing and availability. Thanks to our convenient online administration facility you can easily set the rates, availability and all the other information required to control access to your facilities.

Hotels/B & Bs/Guest Houses/Self-Catering

1. Select the room types you have. Each room has a description and picture for easy customer selection.
2. Each room type can be for one room or any number you have.
3. Set the oocupancy parameters for each room type. Each room can be rented to adults only, children only, or a mixture of both - all under your control.
4. Set the availability dates and rates for each room type. Have special weekends with special rates, no problem. Peak periods and off-season rates are easy-peasy.
5. Set minimum stay period for the availability. Make sure the rooms are rented for the period you want, and customers are made aware of this at booking time.
6. You control the entire setup (room types, availability, rates, ...) on-line. Make changes as and when you want.
7. Link rooms together so they can be booked separately or as a unit.

Holiday Sites including camping, tenting, caravans

1. You set up your site types - mobile caravans (2, 4 or 6 berth, ...), tents or caravans, including description and pictures.
2. Each site type has one or more units. Each unit is individually controlled.
3. Each site type can have its own rates and availability.
4. Basic rate applies to site types, with surcharge for additional people.
5. Control maximum number of people per site type.
6. Set the availability dates and rates for each site type with special weekend or peak period rates.
7. Set minimum stay period for the availability. Make sure the sites are rented for the period you want.

Pet Accommodations - Catteries, Kennels, Horses

1. You can set up your facilities - indoor and outdoor catteries/kennels/stables/paddocks/... .
2. Capture name, breed, age, ... information as part of the booking.
3. Each facility has one or more units. Each unit is individually controlled.
4. Each facility has its own rates and availability.
5. Set the availability dates and rates for each facility with special weekend or peak period rates.
6. Set minimum stay period for the availability. Make sure the facilities are rented for the period you want.

Activities

1. For those businesses that want to book an activity that re-occurs over a period - for example, summer canoeing provided every weekday, or surfing school scheduled for every Monday and Wednesday.
2. You control the activities, the number and length of each session and how often they occur. For example, you could have Surfing 10x 1 hour sessions held daily or Surfing 5x 2 hour sessions held daily, or Surfing 3 x morning sessions held weekly, or .... etcetera.
3. You can specify one or more activities.
4. Rates for each different activity can be specified for different days of week, weekend rates, or weekly rates and can be varied by time period.
5. Rates can be specified for adults and/or children and apply to the whole activity.
6. Control the maximum number of people for the availability period.

Events/Courses

1. For those businesses that want to book an activity or event that is unique - for example, an art class starting on the 4th April for 10x 1 hour sessions held weekly, or a language course starting on the 11th July for 3x 1 day sessions held daily.
2. Customers choose the events they wish.
3. Rates are specified for the entire event.
4. Rates can be specified for adults or children.
5. Control the maximum number of people for the event/activity.
